All plants are certified organic by OEFFA and are grown on the farm. The tomato plants, eggplant and peppers are grown in four-inch round peat pots which can be planted directly in the ground to help to prevent transplant shock. The potting soil is our own blend of ingredients to ensure the plants are healthy and have micronutrients available to them. Ingredients such as worm castings, feather meal, organic fertilizers and compost are mixed together with other organic ingredients to give the plants a healthy, happy start to their growth.
